I’m currently full and only accepting therapy intensive clients at this time. Please email me if you would like a list of referrals/resources or would like to get on my waitlist for weekly/biweekly therapy sessions. Thank you!

Hi, I’m Nicole!

I first want to acknowledge your courage and desire to get help. I know it can be challenging to take the first step, especially if you’re not used to asking for help or you’ve grown accustomed to being “strong” all the time. With my easy going, personable, nonjudgmental and empathetic nature, I’ll help you let your guard down and work with you to heal current and old wounds.

In order to foster healing, I know that I have to gain your trust. My top priority is building a genuine relationship with you and creating an environment where you can be yourself. To help me understand who you are, I use a variety of creative activities and techniques to help you express yourself and understand your life journey.

A key part of my therapy approach and an important component of healing is recognizing your resiliency and your strengths. I’ll highlight your strengths and show you how you can use those strengths to cope and to overcome your current challenges.

Lastly, I take a multicultural approach to counseling, where I welcome and encourage you to talk about your cultural identities, and explore how these various identities impact your mental health.

I want to help you confidently show up as an authentic version of yourself in every space you occupy, tap into your God given abilities and live out who you are called you to be. Your life matters, you have a purpose and you have value. I can’t wait to meet you!

Hey, I’m Nick!

I’m honored that you’re considering me to walk with you on this journey towards healing and liberation. I’ll meet you where you are and accept you for who you are.

I’m an easy going and compassionate therapist who creates a warm environment for you to unpack your life experiences. I take time to explore and understand the root causes of your mental health concerns.

One of the primary goals for our therapy sessions is to help you find your identity, vision and purpose in life. When working with children and teens, I often use my background in athletics to connect with you and I utilize play as a therapeutic tool.

You were uniquely created and I value the various cultural identities you embody. I work with you to understand how your cultural backgrounds may impact your mental health and lived experiences.

Additionally, I’m a firm believer in the connection between the mind, body, soul and spirit. My goal is to help provide emotional, mental, physical and spiritual healing in order to fulfill your God given purpose. I look forward to working with you!
